Management Style


My management style can be considered to be a combination of visionary and collaborative with an emphasis on making data-driven decisions. I am skilled at developing and articulating the high-level, strategic direction for my team and mobilizing the team towards this goal.

My management style emphasizes more than just the strategic direction, it also requires the provision of a roadmap for the company/department. All members of the team must be aware of both the vision as well as the roadmap as they are the ones who use this map as a guide to pave the path forward.

Along with the roadmap, the team must be equipped with the appropriate tools and knowledge to allow for the overcoming of challenges and thereby ensuring success. This management style inspires trust between my team and I and gives then greater autonomy over their day-to-day roles, while being held accountable for pre-approved short, medium- and long-term goals.

Successfully coordinated with the Legal, Finance, IT department support to execute training of Global Sales teams on how to utilize the Salesforce Lightening DocuSign upgrade designed to automate ALL contracts with the goal of reducing timelines, increase accuracy, create visibility and capturing more data points throughout the contracting business process.

  • Assist the Finance Manager and Associate in the preparation of mandated and ad hoc finance reports that enable effective engagement management.

  • Prepare Work in Process (WIP) reports and dispatch bills for Assurance and Advisory clients in a timely manner.

  • Effectively process all accounts receivables for Assurance Advisory and Business Services (AABS).

  • Effectively maintain the filing system for all billings, Work in Process (WIP) reports, Time Transfers, Invoices, Book of Business reports, review reports and other miscellaneous reports in accordance with the company policy.

  • Prepare the Book of Business and weekly review reports of accounts receivables by the manager.
